Our third week in EduAct
This was the third week of our internship for the Erasmus project, so by then we felt more confident in the working environment at EduAct.
We started focusing more on our 3D printing project. During the week, we explored different programs like Blender, Cura, and Fusion to bring our ideas to life. We also began creating our own models, each of us trying different tools and methods to experiment and learn. Even though we’re still beginners, we’re slowly improving, and it’s been fun to discover how creative and technical this process can be.

23/6 Monday
On this day, we started working on our 3D project. We used programs such as Blender and Cura to test basic shapes and slicing settings. We shared tips on how to import models into Cura and prepare them for printing.
24/6 Tuesday
On the second day of the week, we continued to develop our 3D project. Alessandro, with the help of an online tutorial, began creating a stylized donut in Blender. Andrea browsed the Printables website, collecting examples and inspiration for future prints. Daniele started designing his own project using Fusion, focusing on precision modeling and geometry control.
25/6 Wednesday
On this day Alessandro continued his work. In the meantime Andrea made some graphical change, using Cura, while Daniele searched for some tricks to learn online.
26/6 Thursday
Today we finished the final details of our 3d designs, such as supports and fine tuning the sizes to remain within the time window we have left.
27/6 Friday
To finish the third week, we calibrated the printer and put the first of our projects to print after a few failed attempts to figure things out. Meanwhile, Daniele updated the blog a bit since it got left behind a little.
